The FIRA/AER European under 18s Championship 2013 are being hosted in France from March 22 through to March 30.
There will be three divisions of eight teams with the elite division containing the RBS 6 Nations teams along with the two best FIRA-AER teams - Georgia and Portugal.
In the three divisions, the teams will be play quarter-finals, semi-finals and then a final with any losing sides continuing to battle for ranking places.
England are the current champions, lifting the Justin Bridou Trophy in Spain in 2012 where they beat Ireland in the final 25-13 in Madrid.
