RBS RugbyForce – Your clubs needs your support

Welcome to RBS RugbyForce, an exciting club initiative designed to unite rugby club members and volunteers across the country.

Following the success of RBS RugbyForce (previously named RugbyLink) in 2009 we are delighted to bring you the programme for a second year. We know that your club facilities are often at the heart of your organisation and often an integral part of the community. With that in mind, RugbyForce, backed by the SRU, WRU and RFU, aims to help you to help yourselves. We provide the guidance and incentives that you will then turn into results.

Previous RBS RugbyForce projects carried out include:

• Clean up and repaint of the club’s social area – freshen up the paint, replace those old curtains and make it more inviting to club members of all ages
• Update your changing rooms – replace those dripping taps and broken tiles
• Do your pitches need some professional help? Why not think about how you can improve the playing surface?

Three top prizes are available to win an official club makeover on the RBS RugbyForce Weekend, 5th & 6th June 2010, which include the following:
• Goods and resources up to the value of £5000 to be used towards the planned club improvements
• RBS RugbyForce Plaque
• Food and beverage up to the value of £500 will be provided for all volunteers during RugbyForce weekend.
• 50 T-shirts for your workforce
• Support Material to include posters and toolkits

Who can register?
RBS RugbyForce is open to local clubs in England, Scotland and Wales. Anyone can register their club from players or club secretaries to supporters & local businesses.
