Low played three times for Scotland during this year's RBS 6 Nations and he thinks that his side's rotation and their strong home-grown contingent will sow the seeds for future glory.
Low will be on the bench again today for Glasgow's final clash with Leinster but he knows that the talent that his side have waiting in the wings could prove decisive.
And it is the strong core of Scottish talent such as Sean Maitland, Jonny Gray and Chris Cusiter that have been the heartbeat of the club's stellar season.
"When there has been changes to the team the guys who have come in have stepped up and set the bar high and when others get the opportunity they set the bar higher. That has helped us.
"Every week we're able to put out a strong team and even during the RBS 6 Nations and Autumn Tests there is always a strong team out competing.
"Our away record has been excellent this season but the big thing for me is the squad and the depth we've got. It's our first final which is great for us to be in.
"It has been a long season and we've had some good results but it's a big challenge for us to take on Leinster on their home patch and we're looking forward to it."
