Italy team-mates Tommaso Iannone, George Biagi, Davide Giazzon and Guglielmo Palazzani also form part of the Zebre team in Dublin.
And after suffering defeat on his last appearance in the Irish capital, Bortolami is looking to change his fortune.
"There will be two groups of players who are determined to show that they're as competitive as each other," he said.
"Everybody is focused to gain minutes on the field until the end of the season to support both sides' ambitions.
"In the first leg in Parma our boys were competitive at least for the first hour: this gives us the awareness that this could happen tomorrow night too, in Dublin in particular it's another story. We must take the RDS field with confidence in our potential."
