Warren Gatland's side reinvigorated their push for a third successive Championship crown, and a spot in the record books as a result, with their win over France in Cardiff last time out.
Four teams have won two from three in this year's table with England being one of them ahead of Warren Gatland's side's visit.
Last year Jenkins skippered a rampant Wales side that demolished England 30-3 at the Millennium Stadium, ending their hopes of a Grand Slam and picking up the title on points difference.
A similar victory this time around would put Wales in the driving seat for a historic hat-trick but Jenkins is adamant that points difference is not on his mind.
"You can't go into a game thinking about points difference," he said.
