This year RBS sent a film crew around Europe to visit some of the RBS 6 Nations stadia, and find out just what is involved in making match day happen.
As we travel from Rome to Edinburgh, we meet numerous characters along the way; including the groundsmen at Twickenham, the kit manager at Murrayfield, the stadium director at the Aviva Stadium, and the security supervisor at the Millennium Stadium who operates the closing roof.
They each have a crucial role to play, and together they work relentlessly to provide their national team with the ultimate stage to perform on.
This series provides a closer look at what rugby fans don't usually get to see. We go behind-the-scenes to show that the performance on the pitch is not only down to the players, but also the huge support staff who prove that they truly are stronger as a team.
