Scotland have announced that Baxters food group will become the official training partner of Scottish Rugby.
Baxters will provide healthy and nutritional food to Scotland's high performance players' training and preparation over an initial two-year period for major events including the RBS 6 Nations.
The food group will focus on the vital day-to-day training processes involved in preparing Scotland's top players to enable them to perform at peak performance in international competition.
Andrew Field, marketing director of Baxters food group said: "The focus of this partnership with Scottish Rugby is not about getting our name on a shirt or a pitch-side advertising board at an international game.
"Baxters is interested in playing a part in the overall training and preparation of Scotland's top rugby players through good tasting nutritional foods."
Andy Farrell admits the process of selecting England's 50-man training squad ahead of the World Cup was rigorous - but the backs and defence coach also revealed how tough it was to leave some stars out.
