The RBS 6 Nations Council have expressed their deepest sympathy to the family of Ulster and Ireland Under-20 international player Nevin Spence following his tragic death last evening in an accident on the family farm alongside his father Noel and brother Graham.
John Feehan, Chief Executive, said: "This is a very sad day for rugby, Nevin was a rising star for his province and his country. He will leave a lasting legacy with the rugby community in Ireland."
England flanker James Haskell insists he will be pushing as hard as possible to be back from a toe injury in time to make his case for a spot in Eddie Jones' side looking to defend their RBS 6 Nations title next year.
