England back-rower Lewis Moody believes he is making slow but steady progress in his recovery from a foot injury.
Moody has been battling with a stress fracture since England's World Cup final victory over Australia.

Moody is now walking without discomfort, although he is still some way from joining his squad mates on the training ground at Oval Park.
He said: "I start jogging on July 19 on a spongy track, which is a gradual progression, and I should then be able to run full out a month after that with a view to full-on contact training towards the end of August."
