Both Tomkins and Fraser are yet to win their first international cap but both have been involved with the England Saxons this season and Goode believes neither will be out of place in the senior set-up.
“What Joel has done is fantastic to be honest, he’s playing very well for Saracens and I think it’s great for him to be coming into the squad,” said Goode.
“He brings a lot of strength, line-breaks and a lot of offloads which he’s been doing all year for Saracens. Fingers crossed it goes really well for him and for Will Fraser as well.
“Will has been playing really well and he took it to the Saxons and he’s in the group now and he’s enjoying himself, it’s great to have so many Saracens involved at the moment and obviously the more players we can get involved with England the better.
Daly will provide training cover for Ben Foden, who is on a post-match recovery programme with Goode continuing to excel at full-back – and relishing the competition for places ahead of France’s visit to Twickenham on Saturday.
“The New Zealand game was a big boost for us that we had quality in the side and everything was going in the right direction,” added Goode.
“And then we came into the Six Nations and everyone wanted to be back in, there’s a lot of fighting for places and there’s a lot of quality here and everyone has taken to the task and really worked hard.
“France are unpredictable but they’ve got a lot of quality players. We are going to have to be at the top of our game, they played very well in the autumn and won all three of their matches and we will have to be very wary.”
