England got their tournament off to a slow start with an 18-6 loss to Ireland before bouncing back with two consecutive wins over Scotland and most recently Ireland.
It leaves them tied with Ireland and Italy on four points behind current pace-setters and unbeaten France.
But Scarratt believes there is no point in worrying about the results of the French, with all focus instead on this Friday's clash with Wales ahead of a trip to Italy the week after.
And with this weekend's game taking place in the familiar surroundings of Twickenham Stoop, she hopes home comforts can give them an added boost.
"We've got to look at what we can control, and that is turning up next weekend against Wales and the following weekend against Italy. Obviously we hope France slip up along the way, but we can't control that," she said.
"At home you get the support and the familiarity of playing at the places you're used to playing at.
"We have a good record of playing at The Stoop in the World Cup and in the autumn, so it'll be nice to get back there."
