Ireland's Geordan Murphy has emerged as an injury doubt for next weekend's RBS 6 Nations clash with Wales.
The 29-year-old suffered a strain to his right Achilles tendon during Leicester's Premiership victory over Leeds Carnegie at Welford Road on Sunday.
A statement from Ireland said that the Tigers star is unlikely to train on Monday and that the injury will be further assessed over the next 24 hours by the team's medical team.
Murphy was recalled to the Ireland line-up for the the Championship clash against Scotland and claimed the man of the match honours following their 34-13 victory at Croke Park.
In a boost for coach Eddie O'Sullivan, Girvan Dempsey has continued with his rehabilitation programme from his hip strain and will take some part in training on Monday with the Ireland squad.
