The Millennium Stadium will host three matches in the 2008 RBS Six Nations Championship and all media who wish to apply for passes for the Wales games against Scotland, Italy and France MUST use the official accreditation system which is found at:

The dates and kick-off times of the three Wales home games are as follows:

15/03/2008 17:00 Wales v France, Millennium Stadium.
Please follow the guidelines to register your interest. Only bona fide working journalists / photographers / broadcasters will be approved by the Welsh Rugby Union. Please also note that not everyone who applies is guaranteed a pass.
You will be informed of the status of your application via e-mail at least 10 days before each game.
Tickets will be sent to the address you have registered with Westgate. Please ensure that all details are filled in correctly to ensure that tickets/media guides can be sent to the correct and most appropriate addresses.

Applications will be accepted via the online process only and the deadline for all applications is 14 days before the match in question (ie 26 January for Wales v Scotland, 19 February for Wales v Italy and 1 March for Wales v France.)
For those Sports Desk / Photo Desk secretaries filling out Multiple Request forms for newspapers and major agencies, please ensure the individual details, rather than those of the newspaper or agency, are included to ensure any mail reaches the correct destination.
Could those journalists filling out requests at newspapers please ensure that their photographic departments are also aware of the procedures.
Photographers should note they will be required to fill in a set of Millennium Stadium/WRU Terms and Conditions to attend the three matches. These conditions will be sent to each photographer prior to each match.

You must register with the Westgate accreditation system to apply for accreditation.
i) INFORMATION FOR NEW USERS
To register, please go to www.westgatepr.co.uk/accreditation and select 'New user'. Westgate will contact you via email to activate your account. Log in to your account again and you can request the RBS 6 Nations 2008 accreditation by following the link for registered users.
ii) INFORMATION FOR REGISTERED USERS
Login to your account at www.westgatepr.co.uk/accreditation with your email address and password. Select the RBS 6 Nations 2008 link on the left hand side of the page and follow the instructions. If you have forgotten your password, fill in the 'Forgotten password' field and a new password will be emailed to you.
iii) INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO REQUEST MULTIPLE ACCREDITATIONS
If you choose the sports desk administrator category at the initial registration stage, you can accredit multiple staff quickly and easily. At the point of registration choose 'Sports Desk Administrator' on the drop down menu under 'Media Category' then follow the instructions to register your staff.
Once approved you can log in to your account at www.westgatepr.co.uk/accreditation and select the RBS 6 Nations 2008 from the left hand side of the page. Select the staff members you wish to be accredited from the drop down menu and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note, you are then responsible for passing on all relevant accreditation information to your staff.
To request accreditation for yourself or your staff complete the following process.
1 >> Log in to your account at westgatepr.co.uk
2 >> Click RBS 6 Nations 2008 on the left hand side of the page
3 >> Click 'Request accreditation'
4 >> Select a name from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page
5 >> Hit the orange 'Request accreditation' button at the bottom of the page
6 >> Fill the check box for the games you wish to attend
7 >> Answer the question re. Media Guides.
8 >> Ensure your contact details are correct and press 'Confirm request' to complete the accreditation process
For multiple registration requests repeat steps 2-8 for each member of staff.
