Next week's media schedule - Scotland

Monday 4 February - The Scotland Club International team to play their Welsh equivalents at Caerphilly on Friday 8 February will be announced by email/fax
Tuesday 5 February – Rowan Suite, north stand, Murrayfield Stadium, 10am – Reporters, photographers and camera crews are invited to a media conference when coach Frank Hadden will announce the Scotland team (sponsor Murray) to play Wales at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff on Saturday 9 February. Following the formal media conference Scotland players, minus the captain and two players from the starting XV, will be available for interviews and photographs. Media access will conclude at 12 noon.



Tuesday 5 February – Back pitches, Murrayfield Stadium, 2-2.30pm – Photographers and camera crews have 30 minutes’ access to the Scotland training session. Please note this is a vision only opportunity. There are no interview opportunities at this time.



Wednesday 6 February – Rowan Suite, north stand, Murrayfield Stadium, 11.30am – Reporters, photographers and camera crews are invited to a media conference with the Scotland captain. Two other players from the starting XV will also be available for interviews and photographs. Media access will conclude at 12.15pm.



Thursday 7 February – Scotland assistant coach Alan Tait will be available for telephone interview. Any media wishing to speak with Alan should make arrangements through Graham Law.



Friday 8 February – Edinburgh Airport, 11.20am – Scotland squad check-in for their flight to Cardiff. Photo opportunity.



Friday 8 February – Club international – Wales v Scotland, Caerphilly, kick-off 2.30pm.



Friday 8 February – Under-20 International Wales v Scotland, Rodney Parade, Newport, kick-off 7.10pm



Saturday 9 February – RBS 6 Nations Championship – Wales v Scotland, Millennium Stadium, Cardiff, kick-off 2pm



Saturday 9 February – IRB World Series 7s, San Diego, USA – Scotland 7s compete in the latest leg of the IRB World Series. They are drawn in a pool alongside New Zealand, Wales and France.



Next week we will also look to announce the Scotland under-20 team and the Scotland Women’s team who play their international on Sunday 10 February. An advisory will be issued early next week on the timings for these announcements.



Please note: All timings of media activity involving the Scotland team are subject to change by the national coach in light of match preparations.
