Gavin Henson

Henson set to return

Wales centre Gavin Henson has been declared fit for the Ospreys' crucial home European Cup clash with Gloucester on Saturday.

Henson has been out since fracturing a bone in his left hand during a Cup clash with Harlequins on December 2.

Wales coach Warren Gatland will be buoyed by Henson’s return as he finalises his RBS 6 Nations squad for announcement next week, before their first match against England at Twickenham on February 2.

Henson was on course to face Leinster last weekend but withdrew with a virus.
