Sam Pinder has put a Scotland recall on the backburner for the time being to focus on Heineken Cup success with Glasgow instead.
The scrum-half put his absence from the national team squad for the RBS 6 Nations down to fierce competition for places and will concentrate on the Warriors' progress for now.
He said: "The scrum-halves in Frank Hadden's Scotland plans - Mikey Blair, Chris Cusiter and Rory Lawson - are all top-notch performers. I am in the position where I have to bide my time and see what transpires.
"My job over the next few weeks is not to think about the 6 Nations but concentrate on the Heineken Cup clashes with Vaidana in Italy and Saracens at Firhill."
