Dempsey poised for return

Ireland full-back Girvan Dempsey could make a timely return from injury on Saturday when Leinster continue their European Cup campaign.

Dempsey has missed Leinster's last three games because of injury, but he features in an extended 25-man squad of the clash against Pool Six rivals Edinburgh at Murrayfield.

Leinster are currently locked in a three-way battle for top spot with former European champions Leicester and Toulouse, and victory in the Scottish capital would keep them firmly on a quarter-final course.
