Stringer captains Munster
2 November 2007, 12:44 pm
Ireland scrum-half Peter Stringer will captain Munster against Edinburgh on Saturday and he will be partnered by stand-off Ronan O'Gara, who has recovered from a knee injury and returns for the first time since the World Cup.
Stringer will skipper his province in the absence of regular captain Paul O'Connell with former captain Anthony Foley on the bench and vice-captain O'Gara making his first appearance of the season.

Full-back Denis Hurley returns to the side after suffering an ankle injury in the opening game of the season against the US Eagles in Chicago.

Hooker Frankie Sheahan, who was cited for an incident in last week's game against Glasgow Warriors, is available and takes his place on the bench.
