Bourgoin prop Olivier Surgens and Narbonne centre Lionel Mazars will make their debuts for France, with Montpellier reserve loose forward Fulgence Ouedraogo on the bench.

Mazars replaces the injured Jean Phillipe Grandclaude, while winger Julien Laharrague comes in for Benjamin Thiery.

Laharrague was initially named in last week's starting side but was dropped after showing up late for training.
