Italy head coach Pierre Berbizier has made three changes to his starting line-up for Saturday's fourth RBS 6 Nations encounter at home to Wales.
Berbizier has in the main kept faith with the side that secured the Azzurris first ever away win in the RBS 6 Nations against Scotland at Murrayfield a fortnight ago, but has tinkered slightly - partly due to injuries.
Ramiro Pez is preferred at fly-half to Andrea Scanavacca, while the enforced changes see winger Matteo Pratichetti replace Andrea Masi and Carlos Nieto come in for prop Martin Castrogiovanni.
