Northampton have announced the signing of Scotland prop Euan Murray from the Glasgow Warriors.
Murray, whose move is subject to a medical, is set to join Saints at the start of next season after agreeing a two-year deal.
The 26-year-old has won seven caps and started all three of Scotland's RBS 6 Nations games this term.
Saints coach Paul Grayson said: 'Euan has come to the fore during the Six Nations, and his signing further strengthens our squad for next season.
Murray added: Im looking forward to coming to Northampton next season.
The facilities and squad are world class and Im looking forward to helping them get back to the top of the game in England.
Obviously having Tom Smith at the Saints made the decision easier. Hes a legend in the game; a British Lion as well as a Scotsman so itll be fantastic to play with him.
