France have named their 22-man squad for the first Test against New Zealand, which will be played in Lyon on November 11.
Damien Traille is set to start at fly-half in the absence of the injured Frederic Michalak.
The Biarritz centre reverted to number 10 for Les Bleus in their 36-26 victory over South Africa in June.
Elvis Vermeulen, the Clermont Auvergne number eight, is back in the squad after an absence of more than three years, but fellow back-row forwards Serge Betsen and Olivier Magne are not included.
France will play the All Blacks again on November 18, in Paris, before taking on Argentina a week later.
