England scrum-half Harry Ellis is still waiting to have a scan on the knee injury he sustained during Leicester's 17-15 European Cup victory over the Ospreys on Sunday.
Ellis sustained ligament damage to his left knee following a kick by Ian Evans in an incident which has landed the Welsh lock in hot water with disciplinary chiefs.
There are fears the 23-year-old half-back could miss England's RBS 6 Nations opener against Wales but Leicester must wait until the bruising has subsided before they can make an accurate assessment.
Evans' disciplinary hearing is in Glasgow on Friday night with Wales star Gavin Henson also appearing before the panel for his elbow and kick on Alex Moreno in the same match.
