Laharrague out for rest of year

France full-back Julien Laharrague has been ruled out of action until the end of the year after rupturing the cruciate ligament in his right knee.

The 27-year-old Perpignan star picked up the injury early on in Les Bleus 43-8 victory over Tonga on Saturday.

Laharrague is not expected to undergo surgery but his knee will be put in a cast for six weeks.

He will be replaced by Thomas Castaignede in the number 15 jersey when Les Bleus take on South Africa at the Stade de France on Saturday for their last Test match of the autumn.
