South African coach Jake White rewarded Golden Lions fullback Conrad Jantjes with a return to the national squad as he stuck with his tried and tested players for the tour to Argentina, Wales and France.
White ignored form on the domestic Currie Cup in favour of a consistent approach, favouring the players who have played under him in the last 18 months.
There was also a return for prop Lawrence Sephaka and flanker Pedrie Wannenburg while Andre Pretorius was confirmed as the only flyhalf on the tour after the injury to Jaco van der Westhuyzen.
