France captain Fabien Pelous continued his comeback from injury as Toulouse overcame Perpignan in the Top 14 competition.
Second-row Pelous has been out of action since having an operation on June 3 to repair a medial ligament tear picked up in his side's European Cup victory over Stade Francais in May.
Having completed an hour of a 'B' team game against Auch, Pelous came through 40 minutes of the 30-22 home victory against Perpignan without any reaction.
The news will come as a boost to national team coach Bernard Laporte, who will hope to have his influential skipper available for the Autumn Test programme that features games against Australia, Canada, Tonga and South Africa.
