Wallace handed Ireland call
20 September 2005, 11:38 am
Ireland coach Eddie O'Sullivan has named two uncapped players - Paddy Wallace and Conor McPhilips - in his 35-man training squad in preparation for the autumn internationals.
Wallace will be looking to impress at the three-day training camp from September 26-28 after being denied the chance to win a first cap when injury forced him out of the Japan tour.

O'Sullivan welcomes back most of his British & Irish Lions players, with the exceptions of injured trio Brian O'Driscoll, Gordon D'Arcy and Malcolm O'Kelly, while Eric Miller and Anthony Horgan are both also sidelined.

Ireland welcome New Zealand to Lansdowne Road on November 12 and take on Australia the following weekend before hosting Romania on November 26.
