France flanker Yannick Nyanga has joined European champions Toulouse on a three-year deal from Beziers, bringing an end to months of negotiations between the two clubs.
Despite having a year left on his contract with Beziers, the 21-year-old was keen to leave the club following their relegation at the end of last season.
And after lengthy discussions, a delighted Nyanga has finally secured a move to Toulouse.
I am so relieved, Nyanga told L'Equipe.
I had made my choice but I was worried I wouldnt be heard. Now I am Toulousain and I will be with the club I wanted.
I will play among a very talented side where I will have to prove my qualities, he added.
Toulouse, who won the European Cup with victory over Stade Francais in May, now boast 15 French internationals in their ranks, including Nyanga whose last appearance for Les Bleus was as a replacement for Olivier Magne in their 37-31 loss to Australia on July 2.
