Pez back for Italy

Italy coach Pierre Berbizier has included fly-half Ramiro Pez in his team to face Argentina in the second Test in Cordoba on Friday.

Pez has been called up to partner Paul Griffen at half-back for his first appearance in almost two years.

The new Italian coach has also included Antonio Mannato on the wing in place of the injured Ludovico Nitoglia, while Mauro Bergamasco returns to the back-row in place of Josh Sole. Santiago Dellape will partner Marco Bortolami in the second row.

The Azzurri will be looking to level the series after losing the first Test 35-21.

Italy team to face Argentina: Gert Peens (Conad L'Aquila); Kaine Robertson (Arix Viadana), Gonzalo Canale (Benetton Treviso), Andrea Masi (Arix Viadana), Antonio Mannato (SKG Gran Parma); Ramiro Pez unattached, Paul Griffen (Ghial Calvisano); Sergio Parisse (Benetton Treviso), Mauro Bergamasco (Stade Francais), Aaron Persico (Agen), Marco Bortolami (Narbonne), Santiago Dellape (Agen), Carlos Nieto (Arix Viadana), Carlo Festuccia (SKG Gran Parma), Andrea Lo Cicero (Conad L'Aquila).
