Italy team manager Marco Bollesan has admitted new coach Pierre Berbizier is putting the Azzurri players through a tough training regime while in Argentina.
Italy will play two Tests against a side who last week achieved one of the most memorable results in their history by holding the British & Irish Lions to a 25-25 draw.
The first Test is on June 11 and Berbizier has wasted no time in getting the players out on to the training pitch after their arrival in South America.
After a long and hard journey, our coach Pierre Berbizier has given the players just a few hours off, and after that he conducted a light training session in the park near our hotel, Bollesan said.
Pierre didn't lose any time as he believes the players have to get to work straight away in order to get in form as quickly as possible.
This morning (Wednesday) we have trained lots with the handball, trying a few ideas.
