Scotland game goes live

Scotland's match against the Barbarians week is to be shown live on Sky Sports.

The clash at Aberdeen FCs Pittodrie ground on Tuesday May 24 has been chosen to complement coverage of the British and Irish Lions eagerly-awaited tour of New Zealand.

Scottish Rugbys commercial and marketing director Keith Grainger said: Sky Sports have shown overseas Test matches involving Scotland in recent years and, naturally, we were delighted with their coverage of the Scotland under-21 victory over their English counterparts back in March.

It is good for Scottish Rugby to enjoy exposure from a range of broadcasters and we welcome Skys interest in the game against the Barbarians and their decision to carry the match live.
