The French national team's defensive coach Dave Ellis faces a busy schedule this summer after agreeing to help out the New Zealand side ahead of their three Test matches against the British & Irish Lions.
The All Blacks opening match against Sir Clive Woodward's side takes place in Christchurch on June 25, after which the two teams will meet in Wellington on July 2, and then finally in Auckland on July 9.
Englishman Ellis, who also coaches the defence of Premiership outfit Gloucester, will join the New Zealand team on May 16 for just under four weeks before travelling back to France to prepare Les Bleus for their three matches against South Africa and Australia.
France play the Springboks on June 18 and 25 before taking on Australia on July 2.
