After injury wrecked his chances of impressing British & Irish Lions coach Sir Clive Woodward during the recent RBS 6 Nations, Ireland centre Gordon D'Arcy may yet be able to prove his form in Leinster's European Cup clash with Leicester on Saturday.
The Irish province have not given up hope of both DArcy and Shane Horgan featuring, with both players being named in a 27-man squad for Saturdays Lansdowne Road quarter-final, and Leinster coach Declan Kidney said it is possible they could be fit.
DArcy featured for just 33 minutes in this seasons RBS 6 Nations Championship due to a hamstring injury.
And his fellow threequarter Horgan missed Irelands defeats against France and Wales because of a thumb problem, but Kidney will give them as long as possible to recover.
