Martyn Williams, the RBS 6 Nations Player of the Championship, believes Grand Slam winners Wales have given British & Irish Lions coach Sir Clive Woodward a selection headache.
Before the championship, Wales had been tipped to have only a handful of players on the Lions tour of New Zealand this summer.
But having enjoyed a championship clean sweep, and with England and Ireland finishing in mid-table, the focus has switched to Wales.
Woodward has admitted Welsh players have pushed their way into the selection picture as he prepares to put the finishing touches to his 44-man squad.
And Williams, a Lions candidate himself, hopes Wales can get more than 10 players on the plane to New Zealand.
Most of the Wales side have given Sir Clive something to think about because there werent many of us touted before the championship, said the Wales openside flanker.
And its not just the 15 guys who played against Ireland. There are others like Gareth Thomas, Gareth Cooper, Colin Charvis and Dafydd Jones who have been injured.
Hopefully there will be more than the 10 Welshmen that went on the last tour.
Obviously Sir Clive has got his gameplan and hes got it in his head how hes going to beat New Zealand.
Whoever is picked has got to buy into that, but we more than matched New Zealand in the autumn playing the way we did.
And I reckon if Wales had played New Zealand during this Six Nations we would have beaten them.
