Scotland coach Matt Williams has made four changes to the team that was hammered by Wales last week in the hope of a happy ending to the RBS 6 Nations Championship campaign against England at Twickenham on Saturday.
Flanker Jason White returns from injury and stand-off Gordon Ross, lock Nathan Hines and scrum-half Mike Blair all make starts after second-half substitute appearances last week.
Whites return has triggered two positional changes, which sees the back-row rejigged with Simon Taylor moving to No 8 and Allister Hogg switching to openside flanker.
Chris Cusiter was ruled out of selection by the Achilles injury he suffered against Wales so Graeme Beveridge is called onto the bench where he is joined by Stuart Grimes, Jon Petrie and Dan Parks, who have all been dropped following the 46-22 thrashing by the Welsh.
