Ulster scrum-half Kieran Campbell - called up to Eddie O'Sullivan's Ireland squad for RBS 6 Nations training this week - has signed a new three-year deal with the province.
The announcement sees the 25-year-old remain at Ravenhill until June 2008.
The former London Irish player secured the first-choice scrum-half role at Ulster last season, although he has yet to earn a first senior international cap.
He is likely to be involved in Friday's 'A' international against France A at Donnybrook, with the senior summer tour to Japan also in the offing.
Campbell told www.irishrugby.ie: ''I'm delighted to have signed this deal with Ulster Rugby.
"It's been fantastic to have had a good run in the side this year, and I'm really looking forward to building on that next season.''
