Lawrence Dallaglio and Ben Cohen will play for the northern hemisphere team against the southern hemisphere in the IRB Rugby Aid match at Twickenham next month.
The fixture has been organised for March 5 to help raise funds for those affected by the Asian tsunami and raised interest as Lions coach Sir Clive Woodward selects the northern hemisphere side.
The final line-up is yet to be confirmed, with Premiership clubs releasing eight players for the game.
Former England captain Dallaglio said: ''It's great to be able to play a game of rugby aimed at helping victims of the Tsunami while giving everyone the opportunity of watching some of the worlds best players.''
Cohen added: ''I'm really looking forward to taking part in a game for such a worthwhile cause. Everyone has been deeply moved by events resulting from the Tsunami and I hope by playing that I can do something to help.''
