Ireland have been dealt a further injury blow with the news that Denis Leamy is struggling to be fit for Sunday's clash with England.
The openside flanker was forced off with ten minutes remaining of Sundays Celtic League game between Munster and Glasgow at Thomond Park, with a suspected hamstring injury.
The news of Leamys injury comes as a double blow for Ireland coach Eddie OSullivan, who already has injury concerns over Leamys fellow openside Jonny OConnor.
OConnor damaged his ankle playing for Wasps against Northampton on Saturday and is also rated as doubtful for the RBS 6 Nations clash at Lansdowne Road.
David Wallace of Munster has been added to the squad as cover for the injured pair.
Meanwhile, centres Brian O'Driscoll and Gordon D'Arcy have returned to the Ireland camp after being treated in Poland for hamstring injuries sustained against Italy. Both are said to have made good progress.
