No further punishment for Grewcock
8 February 2005, 10:54 am
England lock Danny Grewcock will not face any further punishment for kicking out at Dwayne Peel in the RBS 6 Nations defeat to Wales on Saturday.
The 32-year-old was sin-binned during the 11-9 loss at the Millennium Stadium, but independent match commissioner John West has decided against citing the player.

West's opinion was that the act of foul play, as detected by the referee and punished with a yellow card, did not merit a red card.

The 53 times-capped forward is now set to play in the clash with France on Sunday as the World Cup holders look to get off the mark in the championship.
