Scotland coach Matt Williams has named a squad of 35 for training ahead of the RBS 6 Nations Championship game against France on February 5.
Edinburgh number 8 Allister Hogg has recovered sufficiently from a knee injury sustained earlier this month to be included in the squad, but is still to be given the all-clear from the medics.
Borders hooker Ross Ford has been released from the squad for Scotland Under-21 duties.
