The Scottish Rugby Union have reported encouraging ticket sales for Scotland's clash with Ireland at Murrayfield on Saturday February 12.
With more than a fortnight to go before the RBS 6 Nations encounter, there are now less than 8,000 tickets remaining at the 67,800 capacity stadium.
Scottish Rugby's Commercial and Marketing Director Keith Grainger said: ''The public support of the Scotland team is very gratifying and I'd encourage any supporters who want to enjoy the atmosphere of a Murrayfield international and cheer on the team to buy their tickets now.
''We're also advising supporters in Ireland not to travel unless they have a ticket as a sell-out is very much on the cards.''
