I think it's going to be quite hard for Italy. It will be difficult to win a game this season. The only team at the same level is Scotland and they will be difficult to beat away.

We could beat Wales as well because if Italy play well they can surprise anyone.

We have many players from Treviso and they are playing very well at the moment in the Heineken Cup.

We have injury worries about Gonzalo Canali and Sergio Parisse and I hope they can better and the good news is that Alessandro Troncon is back.

I am not happy with the way we played against the All Blacks. I expected more passion because after all you have nothing to lose against a team like that. You expect to be smashed.

But Italy played well against Canada and the United States and we have many good young players and now we will see if they are ready.

Ludovico Nitoglia and Luciano Orquera are both good prospects. There are five or six really good young players in the squad which is good for the future.

Mauro Berganasco has to play at number seven otherwise he is wasted. He is one of the best flankers in Europe so he must be played in that position.

Ireland are my favourites to win because they play England and France at home and last year they won the Triple Crown.

After them I fancy England, they have great players but have lost some of the stars and maybe they lack leadership.

Then you have France but they had a bad defeat against New Zealand. Maybe it was just a bad day but they have to play Ireland and England away.

That will make it difficult but I won't say that they can't win.

Wales could be a surprise because they pushed the All Blacks very hard.

That leaves two teams, Italy and Scotland. I think Scotland have had problems developing their rugby and the new coach needs a little bit more time.
