Webster gets Scotland boost

Scotland international Simon Webster has received a timely boost ahead of the RBS 6 Nations after being named in the Edinburgh Gunners team to play Perpignan on Sunday.

The 23-year-old has been out for two months with a serious knee injury but returns to the starting XV for the European Cup game at Murrayfield.

If he comes through unscathed, Webster will have given himself a real chance of starting Scotland's opening RBS 6 Nations game against defending champions France.

Webster said: "It's great to have a game at the end of the week to look forward to.

I have been out for a while and I'm more than ready to play again."
