Kirwan recalls Troncon

Italy head coach John Kirwan has called up 30 players for a training camp in preparation for the RBS 6 Nations.

The squad will be training from January 16-18 at Viadana, minus injured prop Salvatore Perugini and centres Simone Picone and Gonzalo Canale.

Kirwan has turned to Viadana captain Mario Savi, utility back Gert Peens from LAquila Rugby and Benetton Trevisos former national captain Alessandro Troncon as cover.
