England were due to complete their latest squad session on Tuesday - but without captain Jonny Wilkinson taking a full part in training.
The precautionary move came after Wilkinson suffered bruising to his upper right arm during Newcastles Premiership defeat against Wasps on Sunday.
Wilkinson and his England colleagues assembled at Loughborough University for the third training camp since Andy Robinson took over as caretaker coach following Sir Clive Woodwards resignation.
Mondays programme was based around individual skills and conditioning work, with a full team training session taking place on Tuesday.
Although Wilkinson sat out part of the schedule, he is expected to be fit for Newcastles league appointment with Saracens at Kingston Park next weekend.
Leicester prop Julian White, meanwhile, took part in full training, seemingly allaying injury fears surrounding his left shoulder.
White went off as Leicester were held 16-16 by Bath three days ago, but the problem was bruising, rather than anything more serious.
Englands elite squad members will return to their clubs later today, ready to prepare for next weekends seventh round of Premiership action.
Robinson, meanwhile, will make a presentation to the Rugby Football Unions interview panel on Thursday, in his quest to become Woodwards full-time England successor.
