The Rugby Football Union and Premier Rugby have signed a new five-year deal with Sky Sports for international and domestic rights until 2010.
Englands autumn series internationals at Twickenham and all home matches in the build-up to the defence of the World Cup in 2007 will be covered, as well as extensive Premiership action.
"The agreement is a good one for the RFU and Sky Sports and rugby fans as it ensures a continuity of quality coverage for all of these matches and competitions, said RFU chief executive Francis Baron.
Howard Thomas, chief executive of Premier Rugby, added: This new agreement provides further evidence of the growing profile and value of Premiership rugby. It is great news for the premiership clubs and the club supporters."
