Italy coach John Kirwan has named a 32-man squad for the get-together in Brescia.
The two-day training session from October 10 will be the last meeting for the Azzurri before the Jaguar Tests in November against Canada, the All Blacks and the USA.
Kirwan has promoted two Under-21 players, Enrico Patrizio from Petrarca Padova and Ghial Calvisanos Matteo Pratichetti, to the full squad.
Patrizios team-mate, 23-year-old hooker Luciano Orquera, has also been called up for the first time.
