Danielli makes Borders switch

Scotland international Simon Danielli has joined The Borders in a transfer deal from Bath until the end of the season.

The 25-year-old has struggled to make an impact with the English club this season.

And The Borders, who have beaten off the challenge from Edinburgh Gunners, have snapped up the winger for the rest of the season.

Danielli said: "I had said before that I was keen to get more playing time in as I haven't had too many games so far this season.

So, I'm really pleased to be making the move to Scotland and hopefully will stake a claim for a place in The Borders' starting line-up."
