Beveridge injury worry

Glasgow Rugby head coach Hugh Campbell is waiting to hear the extent of the injury suffered by Graeme Beveridge during Friday's pre-season warm-up against Sale Sharks at Hughenden.

The Scotland international suffered suspected concussion midway through the first-half of the 39-20 defeat, leaving Campbell sweating over his fitness.

Better news for the Glasgow supremo was the performance of former rugby league star Scott Barrow who played as a trialist on Friday.

Campbell said: "We will do everything we can to find the money to offer Scott some kind of contract."
