England back-rower Lewis Moody believes he is making slow but steady progress in his recovery from a foot injury.
Moody has been battling with a stress fracture since Englands World Cup final victory over Australia.
And while he finds the speed of progress frustrating, he cannot wait to reintegrate gradually with his Tigers team-mates.
Moody is now walking without discomfort, although he is still some way from joining his squad mates on the training ground at Oval Park.
He said: "I start jogging on July 19 on a spongy track, which is a gradual progression, and I should then be able to run full out a month after that with a view to full-on contact training towards the end of August.
